Irini’s journey blends entrepreneurship, innovation, executive leadership with authentic being, growth mindset, psychology and counseling. Irini has been a catalyst for change, throughout her 30 years career. While she has been instrumental in scaling up businesses across MEA through blending visionary strategies, innovation, digital transformation and human-centered leadership, she also led the inception and co-founded several ventures herself. In addition to her business acumen, she is a counselor with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in counseling from Southwest College & Seminary, specializing in adolescents and young adults. She is deeply committed to mentoring leaders in diverse spaces from NGO to tech sectors, as well as startups. Irini is a growth mindset advocate who thrives on meaningful connections and novelty.
