Sara Aziz Morgan is a certified psychosocial counselor with a master’s degree in psychotherapy and a specialized diploma in counselling survivors of sexual abuse.

Sara started contributing to the society in 2006 by volunteering to work with female teenagers in underprivileged communities to help them developing by raising their awareness about women’s rights, hygiene, health, values and life skills. She also volunteered in one of Cairo slums known for sexual abuse where she taught young girls how to protect themselves from sexual abuse and how to say ‘NO’.

Driven by her compassion for the victims of sexual harassment, Sara strived to learn and obtain certifications from International credited institutes at worldwide institutions to be able to offer high standards service in her community. Sara has an experience of more than 40,000 hours of professional counselling, training and preparing leaders that can support abused children.

In 2012, Sara founded SAFE Kids and became its Chief Executive Officer, through which she trains and equips leaders to support abused children. Safe Kids main mission is to empower the society through equipping children, teachers, parents and other caregivers with the knowledge, skills and attitude to prevent sexual abuse. Over the last 11 years, Safe Kids has reached more than 7.8 million persons worldwide.

Sara is the author and content creator of “I’m precious” book. The book is in the form of a story that empowers kids starting from 3 years old to know how precious they are, and how to set their boundaries. The book also teaches them how to defend themselves against sexual abuse.

Sara also published “Tota Tota” book which is about Anti- Bullying; SAFEELINGS game, which is a game used to develop emotional expression and intelligence and strengthen the bond between parents and their kids and “Change to change” game, which empowers teens to change myths about women, gender-based violence and core values and to take their role as change agents in their communities.
